Women get frustrated with men all the time. They feel men just don’t understand because all they care about is sports, cars, sex and beer.
Of course, this is just a short list of what women believe. However, as shocking as this may sound, it’s really not like that. Studies show that, yes there distinct differences between men and women but they
are more alike then they think. So the question is why do men hide their feelings? Well, when boys are growing up, they are taught to be tough. They were told boys don’t cry because that is a sign of weakness. It is instilled in them that they must be strong at all times, they will be the provider and all falls on their shoulders. Expressing emotions was not part of the lessons they were taught.
Don’t communicate
How frustrating it is to women that men just don’t communicate. They try to talk to them but they are vague in their conversation. Well, here’s a surprise, they do want to communicate with you but they censor themselves. They are concerned as to how women will think of them if they open up. So don’t give up, keep talking to him, give him time and soon they will open up.
Love Making
It’s the only thing on their mind or is it. Well, it’s important to them but there is more to it. Men long for solidarity with their partner and they achieve this through sex. It’s the proof he needs that you and he are truly the team he fantasizes about. They also feel that if you have fought, it’s a good way to make up, showing you how much he does care or love you.
Committing
Women fantasize about romance, they want that special attention. Whenever there is a tender moment, she cherishes it and becomes emotional. However, have you noticed that when a man is in that spot, he changes the subject, makes a joke; he does whatever he can to shut down those moments. Why? Men are concerned about showing too much emotion and being hurt. They want to make sure that the woman next to them is loyal. Once they feel secure, they will begin to show his feelings.
Emotions
It’s incredible the way many men don’t show any signs of emotions. They bottle up all they feel. It’s just not allowed or so they were taught. Just as women they have feelings, concerns, worries, etc. By encouraging men and understanding them, they will open up. Helping them release all that pent up emotions gives him a chance to be happier and healthier.
Looks
Men are visual and we all know that. However, looks is not everything to them, despite what everyone may believe. They are actually more into the heart and minds of women. They enjoy a person with compassion, heart and definitely a sense of humor. Someone they can enjoy being with at all times.
